Take one of the valley's cabin lifts, and in no time at all you can enjoy incredible views from a height of 3.000 m, where the horizon extends from the bottom of the valley to the highest snow-covered peaks.

This exhibit, located at the Polo Culturale (Cultural Centre) in Vermiglio since 2006, includes a collection of war relics and remains that were found and retrieved by Emilio Serra on the mountains in Val di Sole, specifically in the Passo Tonale area on the Adamello and Presanella mountain group.
A spacious hall hosts this collection which includes numerous war remains, weapons, various objects and equipment that soldiers had with them during the war, original WWI documents and photos that in particular focus on the events that took place in the Vermiglio area. The museum also has a room that is used for educational activities and for showing films and slideshows. There is also a conference room that can host up to 180 people that is equipped with audio visual equipment and a wide selection of books on the war. Upon request, the Museum organizes guided tours of Fort Strino and other forts in the area (Fort Zaccarana, Fort Mero, Fort Pozzi Alti or Presanella).
