Rabbies River

The Stelvio National Park  to the north and the Adamello Brenta natura Park to the south, make Val di Sole a territory that is truly immersed in nature.  More than one third of the entire area is protected land in which it is still possible to breathe in the air of an undamaged world.

The Stelvio National park is the largest of the alpine arch.
The part of the park that is in the Trentino region, extends into two side valleys: the Peio valley and the Rabbi valley.
The scenery offered by the Stelvio National Park is truly unique: majestic peaks, luxuriant forests, green mountain pastures, waterfalls, bubbly streams and shepherd’s huts on the mountainside that stand in complete harmony with the environment in which they were created.

The Adamello Brenta Nature Park is generally well-known due to the fact that it is the only Alpine area still inhabited by the Brown Bear. The Park has an endless variety of wildlife and flora and the legendary stone towers of the Dolomites, a unique and famous attraction throughout the world, were officially recognized in 2009 as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
