With the participation of local accommodation facilities displaying this logo, each day of the week you can
- sample a local menù with at least one dish dedicated to the “Casolet” cheese
- buy “a basket of cheeses” at discounted prices in the cheese factories in the valley
- participate in a rich program during the week of visits to local cheese-makers (in Italian).
