Eine Woche im Zeichen von Trentiner Köstlichkeiten mit dem „Casolèt“, einem typischen Käse aus roher Milch aus dem Val di Sole.

In den Betrieben mit dem Casolèt-Logo können Sie jeden Tag ein regionales Menü mit wenigstens einem Gericht mit Casolèt-Käse verkosten. Außerdem können Sie zu ermäßigtem Preis einen „Käsekorb“ in den Käsereigenossenschaften des Tals kaufen.

Hinzu kommt ein reichhaltiges Wochenprogramm in italienischer Sprache mit Führungen durch Ställe und auf Almen sowie gaumenfreundliche Bauernfeste auf dem Dorfplatz.
